App privacy policy
Speech and translation
For translation, the app sends audio, recognized text, translations and selected languages through the Translator Phone server to Google Cloud or Alibaba Cloud, depending on mode and model. The connection is encrypted. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.
Accounts and payments
The service processes your email, account and device identifiers and, for phone registration, your phone number. Purchases are verified through Google Play or App Store; the app and website do not request bank card details.
Diagnostics and retention
Technical events are kept for up to 7 days and errors for up to 30 days. With extended diagnostics enabled, final text and translations may be kept for up to 7 days to investigate quality. Diagnostic logs do not retain audio. Access to diagnostics is restricted.
Delete your account
Delete your account in My account or contact support to request access, correction or deletion of data. Account-linked diagnostics are deleted. An irreversibly de-identified marker of a used trial may remain; payment records may be kept as needed by law and to prevent fraud.
Email inquiries
Contact links open your email application; no message is sent automatically. Sending an email shares your address and message with us so we can reply. Do not send passwords or unnecessary personal details. To access or delete inquiry data, email admin@veliksoft.com.
