About this website
This website presents the Translator Phone app and device. VelikSoft Limited (Hong Kong) is responsible for its content. Contact admin@veliksoft.com with questions about the website or data.
Visiting the website
The website has no advertising trackers, analytics services or online payments. Fonts, scripts and images load only from translatorphone.net. Language search and the menu run in your browser without sending what you type to our server. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request data, including IP address, browser information and access time.
Your account
To sign in, the website sends your email, verification code and session identifier to the Translator Phone server. My account retrieves the balance, usage, subscription and payment records of the same account you use in the app. The sign-in token is kept in sessionStorage for the current tab and removed on sign-out; financial records are not saved in persistent browser storage. The server processes your IP address to limit abuse. You can’t sign up on this website. Account deletion is available in My account; Apple or Google Play subscriptions must be canceled separately.
Email inquiries
Contact links open your email application; no message is sent automatically. Sending an email shares your address and message with us so we can reply. Do not send passwords or unnecessary personal details. To access or delete inquiry data, email admin@veliksoft.com.
